  Francesco Federici holds an International Ph.D. in Audiovidual Studies from the Università di Udine in collaboration with Université Sorbonne Nouvelle – Paris 3 and is Adjunct Professor in Documentary and Experimental Cinema at Università Iuav di Venezia. His writing has appeared in various edited collections and journals and he has recently authored Frammenti di cinema. Archivi e museografie d’artista (2018) and Cinema esposto. Arte contemporanea, museo, immagini in movimento (2017). He has co-edited Albert Serra. Cinema, arte e performance (2018), Extended Temporalities. Transient Visions in the Museum and in Art (2016), Cinema and Art as Archive: Medium, Form, Memory (2014) and Cinéma: immersivité, surface, exposition (2013). He is one of the coordinators of the “Cinema and Contemporary Arts” section of the MAGIS Gorizia International Film Studies Spring School and the book series published under the same name by Mimesis International.

• Elisa Mandelli Università degli Studi Link Campus University

  Elisa Mandelli is Postdoctoral Researcher at Link Campus University (Rome). She has published articles in several national and international journals. Her research interests include the exhibition of moving images in museums, the relationships between cinema and visual arts, and the history of Italian cinema. She published the books In Treatment. La serialità in analisi (Mimesis, 2017) and Esporre la memoria. Le immagini in movimento nel museo contemporaneo (Forum, 2017).
